IRG-Tetra Tech WATER IQC II Consortium

The consortium led by the IRG-Tetra Tech Joint Venture, is one of the consortia of organizations USAID has selected to provide technical support for all aspects of integrated water and coastal resources management (IWCRM) to USAID field missions, regional bureaus and other USAID/W offices.

Because of the size, breadth and complexity of the Integrated Water and Coastal Resources Management Contract (WATER IQC II), International Resources Group (IRG) and Tetra Tech, Inc., formed a joint venture (JV) dedicated solely to meeting the needs of USAID and host country clients.

Dr. Firouz Rooyani, Project Director, and Dr. Glen Anderson, Deputy Project Director, lead the IRG-Tetra Tech JV. The IRG-Tetra Tech JV has approximately 10,000 full-time, in-house personnel worldwide who could be assembled quickly to respond to any fast-tracked task order covering all the task areas.

The IRG-Tetra Tech JV combines the expertise of IRG, a leading USAID IQC contractor in environment and natural resources, energy, disaster management, knowledge management and policy reform with Tetra Tech, a premier international water and coastal resources management and water infrastructure engineering firm.

Consortium Members

The consortium led by the IRG-Tetra Tech JV is built on a foundation of organizations with international expertise and complementary state-of-the-art skills, capabilities and experience that meet all requirements of the WATER IQC II. USAID has full access to all members of the IRG-Tetra Tech consortium to ensure rapid response to task orders and the necessary skills to carry out work on a broad range of projects.
